We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. Mark Patterson offers a free lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. Repairs or services performed by a jeweler other than Mark Patterson will void the warranty. Fine jewelry, especially rings, can be affected by normal wear and being worn doing various activities. Our manufacturing warranty excludes coverage for normal wear and tear. Coverage also excludes damage or loss caused by a failure to obtain the repairs required to preserve the integrity of the jewelry. Therefore, it is beneficial to have your jewelry inspected regularly.
